Pisces Woodies LIVE are the highest quality live food in Australia, and are ideal for providing the protein and roughage they would acquire in the wild. Wood Roaches are very clean and are not know to carry disease, 

To handle them easier, place in the top of your refrigerator for 5 minutes to slow them down and only feed enough that will be eaten immediately.

The live food containers include air vents on all sides and an easy open lid for dispensing. The 100% recycled, food grade insect hide sits atop a patented absorbent sterile wood pulp pad. This pad prevents the use of messy, dusty vermiculite granules which can have a detrimental effect on the health of live insects.

To keep them well-nourished, feed Pisces  and  for the longest lifespan. Store in a warm, dry place away from light to reduce stress.
